Privacy Policy

How Kixlogic, LLC ("Kixlogic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Renumify and related services (the "Service").

Renumify is a compensation intelligence platform. If you use Renumify on behalf of a company, you are responsible for how employee and applicant data is handled under your policies and applicable law.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email, company, billing details (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), and profile settings.

Compensation & workforce data you enter: Job titles, locations, merit cycle rosters, commission deals, policies, pay proposals, and exports you upload or create in the Service.

Usage data: Features used, CIU consumption, searches, and support communications.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and operations.

Analytics (with consent): If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google may process data per its own policy. You can decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service (e.g., Microsoft Azure for hosting, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI features when you use them), or when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after termination, then deleted unless law requires longer retention (e.g., billing records).

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account data by contacting support@kixlogic.com or submitting a Privacy Request.
