Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Renumify, the compensation intelligence platform provided by Kixlogic, LLC.
1. The Service
Renumify provides market compensation lookups, hiring tools, merit cycle management, commission tracking, analytics, and related AI-powered features on a subscription and usage (CIU) basis.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Plans, CIUs, and Billing
Paid plans include a monthly CIU allotment. Additional CIU packs may be purchased. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the billing portal. Fees are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, resell without permission, or use Renumify in violation of employment, privacy, or anti-discrimination laws.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Kixlogic a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of employee/applicant data.
6. AI Features
AI outputs (lookups, job descriptions, comp advice) are informational only and must not be the sole basis for pay or hiring decisions. You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kixlogic's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Alabama law. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, except for equitable relief.
